Welcome to Five Star Atelier LLC To ensure every client receives the highest quality service and experience, please review the booking policies below before scheduling your appointment. ⸻ | Booking Retainer | A non-refundable booking retainer equal to 50% of your service total is required to reserve your appointment. Your booking retainer will be applied toward your remaining balance on the day of your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking retainer has been successfully received. ⸻ | Appointment Confirmation | Please ensure your full name, email address, phone number, and Instagram username (if applicable) are entered correctly when booking. The exact appointment address and any necessary arrival instructions will be provided approximately 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please upload inspiration photos when booking whenever possible. ⸻ | Arrival Policy | Please communicate any changes or concerns as early as possible. Open communication allows me to provide the best experience for every client. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment may be cancelled and considered a No Show. No-call / No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total using the card on file. Future booking privileges may also be revoked. ⸻ | Cancellation & Rescheduling | Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of your booking retainer. A new booking retainer will be required to reserve another appointment. ⸻ | Important Information | | Guests | To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, No additional guests are permitted during appointments. ⸻ | Nail Art | Every set is customized specifically for you. Please upload inspiration photos during booking whenever possible. Inspiration photos submitted after booking may limit preparation time. Nail Art Tiers are determined by the artist based on design complexity, and appointment time. If your requested design falls into a different tier than originally selected, pricing will be discussed and approved before your appointment begins. ⸻ | After-Hours Appointments | Appointments requested outside of normal business hours are available by request only. A $50 After-Hours Convenience Fee will be added to your service total. Availability is limited. ⸻ | Travel Appointments | Travel appointments are available upon request. Travel appointments begin at an additional $100 and increase based on travel distance and appointment location. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable booking retainer. A new booking retainer will be required to reserve a future appointment.
